As embark on the beginning of another birthday, I’m filled with so much gratitude for where my journey has taken me when I take the time to reflect on the last 365 days. .
It’s been the most transformational year of my life. Full of shedding the old and embracing the new. I adopted the methodology of diving into the desires of my heart at any cost and and in the process I took some big leaps and learned how to really let go, unfold and blossom. .
I’ve opened my self up in a whole new way and I’ve learned to lean into my power and take big risks. I’ve learned how to feel more deeply and see more clearly which has allowed me to feel more connected to myself and others. I’m filled with gratitude for the beautiful people and experiences I’ve had as a result. .
I’ve found pieces of myself that laid hidden away abandoned and untouched that I’m starting to polish and embrace. Life feels more grand as I embrace all aspects of myself and step out of the shadows unapologetically myself. .
I’ve never been more vulnerable and yet I’ve never felt more powerful. This year I celebrate the importance of following my heart. I celebrate the journey and continue to relinquish the destination.
Some people might say that I’m getting old but the truth is, I’ve never felt more beautiful. What an incredible chapter it has been. I can’t wait to write the next one. .
From learning to let go and to connect more deeply, learning how to belly laugh to learning to stop hiding behind my glasses. My Birthday wish is to share love and gratitude. Please tag someone that has helped you blossom in your journey or was a guardian angel this year. .

The beauty of marble is that it tells a story of refinement and unity. ..
The veins echo the transformation of two elements fusing together as one to create something more beautiful. ..
A reminder to self that life is more glorious when we stop compartmentalizing our selfies and let the beauty of who we are shine through in all that we do. ..
These stunning marble boxes are now available @curatedhomebychrissyco
These spectacular beauties are some of my favourite sculptures. Featured in my space for @dinnerxdesign they add such a whimsical and Avant Garde vibe to the space. Made in New York and curated for our clients, I’m happy to say @curatedhomebychrissyco is the only shop in Vancouver with the privilege to carry this beautiful Nimbus collection.
Get excited! This beautiful gem by @christopherboots will be the star of the show in our beautiful space for @dinnerxdesign. Lighting truly is the jewelry of a space and needless to say, we are thrilled to have a halo of beauty at the centre of our vision.
Inspired Living Comes From Inspired Interior Design
The first step for any interior design project is to establish an inspiration board to set the tone for your project. Pinterest and Instagram are great resources for gleaming fresh inspiration and new ideas. We encourage our clients to be bold when cultivating images that inspire them. Don't be afraid to think outside the box. If you see an image completely unrelated to design, such as an equestrian rider and their horse and the cognac colour has you swooning, it's noteworthy. As a matter of fact, we prefer more abstract forms of inspiration as we feel they say more about a person than just another image of someone else's home. You are our inspiration after all, so cultivate some original inspiration and let us help translate your natural curiosities into a space that represents who you are.
