Craving some adventure lately. Planning a trip to Europe and day dreaming that this was our mode of transportation. Salty wind in our hair and Mediterranean sun on our backs. I can't wait!!
Sometimes I crave speed and I blame it on childhood nostalgia. As a child, racing around on my dirt bike was so therapeutic. I could leave all my worries behind and feel so free. There's something about pushing your comfort zone and being on the edge of loosing control that makes being fully present so easy. Oh to lean into the corner and know when to pull the throttle as you take the bend to keep gravity from pulling you in. It's all about feeling and instincts and knowing when to lean in. Just like life.
So I have a thing for antique etchings... 1700- 1800's in particular. I love these little pieces of history. Curated with a passion for fine detail. Archival framed with love @theartesan
Inspired Living Comes From Inspired Interior Design
The first step for any interior design project is to establish an inspiration board to set the tone for your project. Pinterest and Instagram are great resources for gleaming fresh inspiration and new ideas. We encourage our clients to be bold when cultivating images that inspire them. Don't be afraid to think outside the box. If you see an image completely unrelated to design, such as an equestrian rider and their horse and the cognac colour has you swooning, it's noteworthy. As a matter of fact, we prefer more abstract forms of inspiration as we feel they say more about a person than just another image of someone else's home. You are our inspiration after all, so cultivate some original inspiration and let us help translate your natural curiosities into a space that represents who you are.
